XTERIO is an experimental minimalistic game that originates from a far away galaxy.

The prototype of XTERIO was initially found on an alien spaceship crashlanding site in Siberia, 1996.

You haven't seen a game like this before. There are no ordinary game elements (score, lives, energy, etc), XTERIO is all about gameplay and nothing else.

In 1996, an alien spaceship ("flying saucer") has crashed in the Ural Mountains (Russia). It is believed that the ship has been shot down by the Russian Army.

We managed to find a former member of the Army's Secret Service brigade, one of those who have been first to visit the crashlanding site. He remembered that the aliens were still alive for about 10 minutes. There were 2 adults and one who seemed to be a kid. In his little grey hands, he had some strange device with a screen.

At that time our informator wasn't so sure about the purpose of that device with some flashing symbols on the screen which he tapped randomly for several minutes, but now he's confident that the alien kid was playing a highly addictive video game.

We put our informator under deep hypnosis and he drew 6 mysterios symbols and described the game concept. We recreated everything in detail, without adding anything.
